为深入挖掘三亚经济圈丰富的文化和旅游资源,更新迭代三亚经济圈旅游线路攻略玩法,推动旅游发展的主客共享,以互动营销活动的方式,与游客们共同挖掘、建设城市的新鲜旅游玩法,发起主题为“奇趣旅行家·攻略创意赛”的旅游攻略创意大赛活动。欢迎各位旅游业内人士、旅行达人、院校师生、海外游客及市民游客在线提交相关创意作品,挖掘三亚经济圈的更多深度玩法,期待您与我们共同探索不一样的三亚经济圈。

"2022 Travel Itinerary Competition" is aimed at uncovering more of the abundant cultural resources of Sanya Economic Circle. It helps to update local tour routes, and boost tourism economy by bringing inspiring trip planners together in an interactive way. You are all welcomed to submit your creative designs and share “off-the-beaten-track” tourist routes, if you are in the following groups: travel industry professionals, travel KOLs, university teachers and students, foreign travelers, domestic travelers, and anyone who has a passion for traveling. We’re looking forward to taking a fresh look at Sanya Economic Circle with you!

[Description of Category and /Themes/Areas]

一、专业机构赛道

Ⅰ. Guidelines for Professional / Corporate

赛道参赛要求:
(1)旅游企业/组织(以机构单位报名,须以机构账号参与大赛):包括但不限于专业旅行社、旅行垂类MCN机构、酒店、景区等;
(2)旅游从业人员:向导、导游、领队、讲解员、及旅游相关工作的从业人员;
赛道发文方向:
参赛者基于其充分的文旅行业经验,以旅行产品的形式创作具备商业价值及可落地性的作品,以专业视角呈现具有三亚经济圈特色的文化旅游产品。可围绕产品体验、产品亮点、产品介绍、游玩建议等展开。若有线路地图演示可酌情加分。

Eligible Participants:
(1) Commercial Enterprises (register with a business name and submit designs with an institutional account): professional travel agencies,MCN agencies specializing in tourism, hotels, scenic spots, and the like;
(2) Tourism professionals: tour guides, tour leaders, instructors, and other tourism-related professionals;
Requirements:
Participants may design itineraries based on their work experience in format of tourism product which is practical and worthwhile. Try to present your culture-oriented travel product from a professional perspective. Designs must contain things like a professional travel itinerary, a focus on product experience, product highlights, a product introduction, tour details, an expense budget, or itinerary maps. Additional points may beawarded if route map graphics are included in your submission.

二、院校师生赛道

Ⅱ. Guidelines for University Teachers & Students

赛道参赛要求:
高校的任职老师以及高校学生(大学及专科职高等院校,包含研究生);
赛道发文方向:
参赛者充分发挥其学生/老师视角下的创新能力,围绕毕业旅行、班级集体旅行、传统文化学习、小众玩乐体验等主题发掘三亚奇趣玩法,创作相关参赛作品。作品形式不限。

Eligible Participants:
University Teachers and students (including postgrads) from all higher education institutions (including junior colleges and vocational colleges);
Requirements:
Participants are encouraged to submit designs from the perspective of a student or teacher. For example, graduation trips, class trips, study of traditional culture, or niche travel experiences that offer innovative ways to explore Sanya Economic Circle. No restrictions on the form of designs.

三、旅行达人赛道

Ⅲ. Guidelines for Travel KOLs

赛道参赛要求:
包括且不限于各平台、各领域具备一定影响力的达人群体,全网粉丝数总和需大于2万;
赛道发文方向:
参赛者结合其达人的内容专业优势,展现三亚经济圈的多样化奇趣玩法,创作攻略图文、诗歌、手绘、漫画、短视频等不限形式的参赛作品。

Eligible Participants:
Travel KOLs with more than 20,000 followers across their social media platforms;
Requirements:
Participants should propose extraordinary tourist routes and multiple ways to explore Sanya Economic Circle based on their professional skills. Try to create a wide range of descriptive materials such as travel tips, poetry, drawings, comics, short videos, and the like.

四、海外游客赛道

Ⅳ. Guidelines for Foreign Travelers

赛道参赛要求:
包括所有外籍人员
赛道发文方向:
参赛者以国外游客视角创作参赛作品,可结合三亚经济圈旅行经历对比国外类似地区景点。投稿语言中文、英文皆可,内容形式不限。

Eligible Participants:
Foreign passport holders (excluding Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, and Taiwan of China);
Requirements:
Participants are encouraged to submit designs based on their personal travel experience in Sanya Economic Circle. Materials can be in Chinese or English. No restrictions on the form of designs.

五、市民游客赛道

Ⅴ. Guidelines for Domestic Travelers

赛道参赛要求:
除以上四类的广大旅行者(包含中国香港、中国澳门及中国台湾地区);
赛道发文方向:
参赛者结合自身的三亚经济圈旅行经历,从真切的游客情感出发,创作出有借鉴参考性的三亚旅行攻略。内容形式不限。

Eligible Participants:
All other travelers not included in the previous four categories (including Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, and Taiwan of China);
Requirements:
Participants are encouraged to create designs based on their own travel experience in Sanya Economic Circle. No restrictions on the form of designs.

*注:为发展红色旅游,助推乡村振兴,红色旅游、乡村旅游主题将会在专家评审环节获得酌情加分。

Designs may include multiple themes listed below: Red Tourism, Rural, Arts & Culture, Family, Couples, Friends, Educational Excursion, Gourmet Tour, Self-Driving, Seaside, Camping, Rainforest.
Must select at least one (1) featured regions listed below: Sanya, Lingshui, Baoting, Ledong, Wuzhishan.

第一阶段-作品准备期:
此阶段参赛用户需熟知整体活动流程,并根据活动规则要求,筹备参赛作品。
时间:2022年5月30日-2022年6月20日

Stage 1 – Design: In this stage, participants become familiar with the overall process of the activity and prepare designs according to the rules.
Duration: May 30 - June 20, 2022

第二阶段-作品投稿期:
此阶段用户需完成两步操作
①选择参与的赛道及主题
②发布符合要求的参赛作品,完成投稿。
时间:2022年6月21日-2022年7月10日

Stage 2 – Submit: Participants will submit their designs with following 2 steps:
① Select a category and themes
② Upload qualified designs.

* Preliminary review of submitted works will be conducted from July 11 to July 17, 2022

此阶段参赛用户可转发参赛作品至各渠道,吸引用户为其投票,每个分类赛道投票数前30名的参赛作品将进入下一阶段。

Stage 3 – Online voting: Participants can forward their design to all channels and hunt for votes. Top 30 participants in each category will move up to next stage.
Duration: July 18 - August 10, 2022

第四阶段-专家评审期:
此阶段由各分类赛道专家评审对选出的前30个参赛作品,参照不同赛道评分标准进行打分,评选出获奖作品。
时间:2022年8月11日-2022年8月15日

Stage 4 – Expert Review: Top 30 designs in each category will be evaluated by a panel of expert commission in each category. The scoring is based on evaluations across various dimensions.
Duration: August 11 - August 15, 2022

第五阶段-作品展示期:
此阶段由支持单位工作人员对分数进行核验,客观票数分占总分40%,专家评审分占总分60%,并对获奖作品进行公示,将获奖作品进行线上展示并颁发奖项。
时间:2022年8月18日-2022年9月9 日

Stage 5 – Winners Announced: Scores will be verified by support staff. Overall ranking will be weighted 40% popular vote and 60% expert score. List of Award Winners will be announced and the Awards will be presented to the winners. .
Duration: August 18 - September 9, 2022

【活动规则】

[Requirements]

1、发文规则:
内容要求:所发攻略路线需以三亚及陵水、乐东、保亭、五指山等三亚经济圈周边地区为攻略目的地;
形式要求:参赛者充分结合以上目的地旅文特色及资源优势,深度挖掘人文特质和内涵,创作攻略路线作品。欢迎多样化的创作形式。

1、The requirements for designs:
Content Requirements:
Itineraries must include at least one of the following regions: Sanya, Lingshui, Baoting, Ledong, and Wuzhishan.
Form Requirements:
Participants should fully combine the above-mentioned itineraries with cultural characteristics and local resources. Try to deeply explore the unique characteristics and atmosphere of the locations, and create new tourist routes for reference. A diversity of creative forms is welcomed.

2、投稿规则:
赛道选择:用户需选择符合其本人身份的赛道,若选择不相符的赛道,将取消其参赛资格。
主题&地区选择:所选主题&地区须与内容相关,若选择不相符主题&地区,取消参赛资格。
*注:赛道仅可选择一个,并需符合本人/机构身份,主题&地区可多选,专家评审期期间支持单位将根据不同赛道要求对选手提供的以下身份信息进行收集并人工复核参赛选手身份信息,若您对此有顾虑,可谨慎决定是否参与本次活动。
①专业机构赛道:以机构身份参赛,复核时需提供营业执照、授权函等佐证材料,以个人身份参赛,复核时需提供导游证、工作证、名片、证明函等佐证材料;
②院校师生赛道:校园师生身份复核时需提供学生证以及教师证等有效证件;
③旅行达人赛道:旅行达人身份复核时需提供各平台身份认证信息及粉丝量截图;
④海外游客赛道:身份复核时需提供护照等身份认证信息;
⑤市民游客赛道:身份复核时需提供身份证等身份认证信息;

2、The requirements for submission:
Register a Category: Participants must choose a category within the scope of their personal qualifications, otherwise they will be disqualified.
Theme and region selection: Selected themes and regions must be related to the content, otherwise they will be disqualified.
* Note: Participants can only select one eligible category, but can select multiple themes and areas within that category. During the expert review stage, support stuff will collect and manually verify participant identity documents in accordance with requirements of all categories. If this is a cause of concern for you, please consider carefully whether to participate in this competition.
① Professional / Corporate category: Institutional participants have to provide business license and an authorization letter among other items that may be required during the review stage. Individual participants will have to provide tour guide certificate, employee card, name card, and evidentiary letter among other items that may be required during the review stage;
② University Teachers & Students category: Student ID card, teacher certification or other valid certification for identity authentication is required during the review stage;
③ Travel KOLs category: Screenshots of followers and identity authentication information across social media platforms are required during the review stage;
④ Foreign travelers category: Provide a valid foreign passport for identity authentication during the review stage;
⑤ Domestic travelers category: Provide ID card for identity authentication during review stage.

3、投票拉票规则:
为吸引更多群体参与,活动将设置用于鼓励用户积极投票以及参与转发拉票的奖品,在投票期给予拉票和投票的用户抽奖机会。

3、The principles of voting:
To attract more interaction, prizes will be offered to encourage participants to vote and canvass during the voting stage.

4、计分规则:客观投票分*40%+主观专业分*60%=总分
【客观投票分】:投票结束后,将根据各位参赛选手投票总数进行排名计分,此部分占选手总分40%
每个人群赛道选出前30名后,根据投票结果进行排名积分(排名依次每3名递减0.5分)
1-3名:10分;
4-6名:9.5分;

28-30名:5.5分
【主观专业分】:由行业领域专家根据每个赛道的评分标准进行综合打分,每个部分满分十分,此部分占活动总分60%

院校师生赛道:
攻略创新度占比40%,攻略普适度占比30%,攻略丰富度占比20%,可落地性占比10%

4、The principles of scoring: Popular votes score *60% + Expert Commission score *40% = Total score
[Popular vote score]: After voting, participants will be ranked based on votes. This will account for 60% of total score.
After Top 30 participants in each category are selected, they will be ranked and scored based on voting. Placements are separated by 1/2 point every 3 places, as following:
1st – 3rd place: 10 points;
4th – 6th place: 9.5 points;

28th – 30th place: 5.5 points.
[Expert Commission score]: Travel industry experts will assign a comprehensive score in accordance with scoring criteria for each category. Criteria will be scored between 1 and 10. This part accounts for 40% of the total score.
1.Professional / Corporate category:
Points for commercial value account for 30%, feasibility accounts for 20%, innovation accounts for 20%, professionalism accounts for 10%, uniqueness accounts for 20%.
2.University Teachers & Students category:
Points for creativity account for 40%, uniqueness accounts for 30%, richness of content accounts for 20%, and feasibility accounts for 10%.
3.Travel KOLs category:
Points for influence account for 30%, creativity accounts for 20%, empathy accounts for 20%, uniqueness accounts for 20%, commercial value accounts for 10%.
4.Foreign travelers category:
Points for richness of content accounts for 40%, uniqueness account for 30%, cultural diffusion accounts for 20%, creativity accounts for 10%.
5.Domestic travelers category:
Points for uniqueness account for 40%, creativity accounts for 30%, richness of content accounts for 30%.

【活动奖项说明:奇趣旅行奖】

[Description of Prizes: Fun Travel Awards]

专业机构赛道:
1)赛道总分排名第一名获得人民币20000元现金,第二至三名获得人民币10000元现金,第四至六名获得人民币5000元现金。
2)赛道排名一二三等奖特别奖励:大赛专属证书、奖杯、“奇趣定制家”荣誉头衔以及三亚相关产品将会获得官方推荐和推广(三亚旅推局官微、大赛页面宣传等)

1) In this category, 1st place will receive a cash award of 20,000 CNY; 2nd and 3rd places will receive cash awards of 10,000 CNY each; 4th to 6th places will receive cash awards of 5,000 CNY each.
2) Top 3 winners will receive additional awards, including special certificates of recognition, trophies, and “Inspiring Travel Planner” honorary titles. Tourism products will be recommended by the organizers via official channels (such as Wechat official account of Sanya Tourism Promotion Board, special promotion on the Competition page, etc).

院校师生赛道:
1)赛道总分排名第一名获得人民币12000元现金,第二至三名获得人民币6000元现金,第四至五名获得人民币3000元现金。
2)赛道排名一二三等奖特别奖励:大赛专属证书、奖杯、“奇趣研学家”荣誉头衔以及获得三亚市旅游企业实习推荐机会

Prizes for University Teachers & Students:
1) In this category, 1st place will receive a cash award of 12,000 CNY; 2nd and 3rd places will receive cash awards of 6,000 CNY each; 4th to 6th places will receive cash awards of 3,000 CNY each.
2) Top 3 winners will receive additional awards, including special certificates of recognition, trophies, “Inspiring Travel Planner” honorary titles, and receive a recommendation to an internship in tourism-related organizations by the organizers.

旅行达人赛道:
1)赛道总分排名第一名获得人民币20000元现金,第二至三名获得人民币10000元现金,第四至六名获得人民币5000元现金
2)赛道排名一二三等奖特别奖励:大赛专属证书、奖杯、“奇趣旅行家”荣誉头衔以及相关作品将获得官方推荐和推广(三亚旅推局官微、出席官方活动等)

1) In this category, 1st place will receive a cash award of 20,000 CNY; 2nd and 3rd places will receive cash awards of 10,000 CNY each; 4th to 6th places will receive cash awards of 5,000 CNY each.

The designs will be promoted by the organizers via official channels, such as Wechat official account of Sanya Tourism Promotion Board.

海外游客赛道:
1)赛道总分排名第一名获得人民币12000元现金,第二至三名获得人民币6000元现金,第四至五名获得人民币3000元现金
2)赛道排名一二三等奖特别奖励:大赛专属证书、奖杯、“奇趣歪果仁”荣誉头衔以及第1名可获得参与三亚市旅游推广局“歪果仁趣三亚”(Explore Sanya 360°)海外社交平台项目线下拍摄机会,将与海外知名KOL共同参与节目拍摄,提供拍摄游玩项目免费体验及机+酒;

Prizes for foreign travelers:
1) In this category, 1st place will receive a cash award of 12,000 CNY; 2nd and 3rd places will receive cash awards of 6,000 CNY each; 4th to 6th places will receive cash awards of 3,000 CNY each.
2) Top 3 winners will receive additional awards, including special certificates of recognition, trophies, and “Inspiring Travel Planner” honorary titles. The first-place winner will also get the opportunity to take part in the filming of “Explore Sanya 360°”, a special programme of the Sanya Tourism Promotion Board for overseas social media platforms, along with famous travel KOLs. STPB provides the winner with free air tickets and accommodation.

市民游客赛道:
1)赛道总分排名第一名获得人民币12000元现金,第二至三名获得人民币6000元现金,第四至五名人民币3000元现金
2)赛道排名一二三等奖特别奖励:大赛专属证书、奖杯、“奇趣体验家”荣誉头衔以及将获得三亚景区门票、酒店免费体验券。

Prizes for domestic travelers:
1) In this category, 1st place will receive a cash award of 12,000 CNY; 2nd and 3rd places will receive cash awards of 6,000 CNY each; 4th to 6th places will receive cash awards of 3,000 CNY each.
2) Top 3 winners will receive additional awards, including special certificates of recognition, trophies, “Inspiring Travel Planner” honorary titles, entrance tickets for Sanya sightseeings and special vouchers for Sanya hotels.

【奖励发放】

[Prize Distribution]

活动结束后,将在2022年8月18号前对各赛道获奖名单进行公示,公示7天后若无用户举报或其他异议,主办方将在5个工作日内与符合要求的获奖用户联系,具体获奖用户名单以支持单位携程社区官方账号公布名单为准。
现金奖励主办方将代缴个人所得税(由获奖用户承担税费,4000元以上缴纳20%,未满4000元缴纳800元所得税)之后,通过携程钱包发放。为了确保现金奖励成功发放,请您提前完成实名认证(境外人士需护照或港澳台身份证件认证身份,并使用银联卡绑定携程钱包)。若您未完成钱包实名认证,现金奖励将无法到账,视为用户放弃该等奖励,携程不就此予以补发。携程钱包认证及查看路径:携程app-我的-我的钱包。您完成实名认证的提交的个人信息将仅供主办方为发放此现金奖励时使用,如果您对此有顾虑,可谨慎决定是否参与本次活动。

After the competition, a list of the winners in all categories will be publicized before August 18, 2022. If there are no complaints or objections raised within 7 days of publication, the organizer will contact eligible winners within five working days. The list of winners will be subject to the official account of Trip Moments.
Winners shall bear sole responsibility for any tax burden they incur through participation in this event. The organizer will pay individual income tax in this case. If cash award is more than 4,000 CNY, personal tax rate is 20%. If cash award is less than 4,000 CNY, personal income tax is 800 CNY. Cash awards will be transferred to a Trip.com wallet. To ensure successful distribution of cash awards, please complete real-name authentication in advance (participants except from Chinese mainland must authenticate their identity with a foreign passport or Hong Kong, Macao, or Taiwan of China IDs and bind a Union Pay card to a Crip wallet.) If you fail to complete real-name authentication, you will be deemed to have forfeited any cash awards. Trip.com Group will not pay cash awards retroactively.
Crip wallet authentication process: Crip.com APP–Me–My wallet. Personal information submitted for real-name identification will be used to distribute cash awards. If this is a cause of concern for you, please think carefully whether to participate in this contest.

【注意事项】

[Additional Restrictions and Guidelines]

1、本次活动在海南省旅游和文化广电体育厅和中共三亚市委宣传部的指导下,由三亚市旅游推广局联合陵水黎族自治县旅游和文化广电体育局、乐东黎族自治县旅游和文化广电体育局、保亭黎族苗族自治县旅游和文化广电体育局进行联合主办,携程社区为支持单位协助主办方进行活动具体实施事宜。
2、本次活动的所有奖项,均将通过携程站内信联系中奖用户。
3、主办方有权在获得参赛用户的同意后,调整用户参赛赛道。
4、参与活动的作品首次发表时间不得早于2022年06月21日之前,且不可重复/拆分提交相同/雷同作品,否则取消获奖资格。
【注:2022年06月21日00:00以前发表的内容,编辑后再次发表参赛亦无效】。
5、参与活动的作品最晚修改时间不得晚于2022年07月10日24:00,此日期后再次修改参赛亦无效。
6、参与活动作品,如果在活动开奖前删除,将取消获奖资格。
7、参与活动作品需添加制定活动主题标签,满足主办方发布规则且需满足:图文:要求3000字≥正文字数≥50字,20张≥图片数量≥3张。视频:5分钟≥要求时长≥10秒。
8、参与活动作品必须为本人原创作品,不得抄袭、拼凑、部分雷同他人作品,一经发现将直接取消获奖资格,并根据实际情况进行禁言/封号等处理。
9、参与本次活动中,即确认并认可所有参赛作品均授权主办方、携程社区及其指定第三方进行包括宣传推广、商业化在内的使用。
10、活动过程中,凡以不正当手段(如作弊领取、恶意套取、刷信誉、虚假交易、扰乱系统、实施网络攻击、使用侵权作品、利用程序漏洞等等)参与本次活动的用户,主办方有权终止其参与活动,并取消其获奖资格(如奖品已经发放,主办方有权追回),如给主办方造成损失的,主办方将保留向违规用户继续追索的权利
11、如遇不可抗力(包括但不限于重大灾害事件、活动受政府机关指令需要停止举办或调整的,活动中存在大面积作弊行为、活动遭受严重网络攻击或因系统故障导致活动中奖名单大批量出错,活动不能正常进行的),主办方有权取消、修改或暂停本活动。
12、对于任何形式的违规操作的该用户账号,主办方将保留取消参与活动资格的权利。
13、活动期间,同一用户是指根据用户携程账号关联信息可判为同一用户,关联信息包括但不限于同一UID/同一设备号/同一手机号/同一支付账号/同一邮寄地址等,并且以用户第一个参与本活动的账号为有效账号,其余账号参与结果均视为无效。
14、为使用户获得更好的体验,在法律允许的范围内,主办方有权对活动规则进行调整与修改。

1.This event is under the guidance of the Hainan Provincial Department of Tourism, Culture, Radio, Television and Sports, the Publicity Department of Sanya Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, organized by the Sanya Tourism Promotion Board, together with Department of Tourism, Culture, Radio, Television and Sports Bureau of Lingshui Li Autonomous County, Department of Tourism, Culture, Radio, Television and Sports Bureau of Baoting Li Autonomous County, and Department of Tourism, Culture, Radio, Television and Sports Bureau of Ledong Li Miao Autonomous County, with the Trip Moments support to the organizers in the implementation of the competition.
2.All winners will be informed of awards via Crip messaging system.
3.Organizers have the right to adjust the categories with participants’ consent.
4.Designs cannot be published before June 21, 2022, and may not be duplicated so as to submit the identical works, otherwise participants will be disqualified. Note: Content published before 00:00 on June 21, 2022 will remain invalid after re-editing and re-publishing.
5.Designs may not be modified after 24:00 on July 10, 2022. Otherwise, designs will be disqualified.
6.Designs that are deleted before winners being announced will be disqualified.
7.The designs must be submitted according to the following requirements. Texts: 50-3000 Chinese characters (100-700 English words); Photos: 3—20; Video duration: 10 seconds to 5 minutes. Please add relevant hashtags.
8.Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited. Designs submitted as part of this competition must be an original work and cannot be found to be substantively similar to designs submitted by another participant. Infringement shall result in removal of the offending participants and the disqualification from this competition.
9.Participation in the contest indicates that participants authorize Organizers, Trip Moments, and designated third parties to popularize and commercialize all designs.
10.Organizers reserve all rights to determine whether a participant is participating via improper means, including (but not limited) cheating, malicious intent, improper solicitation, false transactions, active disruption, cyberattacks, utilizing infringing materials, etc. In the event a participant results in a financial loss to organizers, the organizers reserve all rights to pursue damages to the maximum extent allowed by law, even if the prize has already been distributed.
11.In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to major disasters, events that must be stopped or adjusted by order of government agencies, large-scale cheating in the event, serious cyber-attacks on the event, or a large number of errors in the event winners list due to system failure, the event cannot be carried out normally), the organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the event.
12.Organizers reserve the right to disqualify participants who commit violations in any form.
13.Organizers shall regard the same UID, the same device ID, and/or the same mobile phone number as the same participant. Participants may not use the same device to submit using multiple accounts. In the event a participant engages in such behavior, organizers shall only count the activity of the account that first submitted as part of this competition. The participation of all other accounts maintained by the same participant shall be considered void.
14.To ensure a better user experience, the organizers reserve the right to adjust and/or modify the rules within the law.
